DESCRIPTION:Promovido pelo Laboratório Nacional de Luz Síncrotron (LNLS) e o Laboratório Nacional de Nanotecnologia (LNNano) do Centro Nacional de Pesquisa em Energia e Materiais (CNPEM)\, o 21° Workshop Brasileiro de Física de Semicondutores (BWSP) está com o período de inscrições e submissão de resumos aberto. O evento será realizado de 02 a 06 de setembro de 2024\, no Sirius\, localizado no campus do CNPEM\, em Campinas-SP \nIniciado em 1983\, o BWSP tornou-se um evento tradicional no campo da Física de Semicondutores no Brasil. A 21ª edição tem como objetivo reunir a comunidade brasileira de física de semicondutores para palestras sobre os temas mais importantes e atuais do campo. O programa abordará temas diversos\, incluindo Tópicos Tradicionais e Emergentes em Semicondutores\, Técnicas de Fabricação de Nanoestruturas\, Dispositivos e Tecnologias Quânticas\, entre outros. \nO período de submissão de resumos vai até 15 de maio de 2024. \nInscreva-se e saiba mais através do site: https://pages.cnpem.br/21bwsp/ \n— \nPromoted by the Brazilian Synchrotron Light Laboratory (LNLS) and the Brazilian Nanotechnology National Laboratory (LNNano) of the Brazilian Center for Research in Energy and Materials (CNPEM)\, the 21st Brazilian Workshop on Semiconductor Physics (BWSP) has opened its registration and abstract submission period. The event will take place from September 2nd to 6th\, 2024\, at Sirius\, located on the CNPEM campus in Campinas-SP. \nInitiated in 1983\, the BWSP has become a traditional event in the field of Semiconductor Physics in Brazil. The 21st edition aims to bring together the Brazilian semiconductor physics community for lectures on the most important and current topics in the field.
