SUMMARY:34ª Reunião Anual de Usuários do LNLS (RAU)
DESCRIPTION:O Laboratório Nacional de Luz Síncrotron (LNLS) do Centro Nacional de Pesquisa em Energia e Materiais (CNPEM) realizará a 34ª Reunião Anual de Usuários do LNLS (RAU) de 6 a 7 de novembro. Adicionalmente\, quatro workshops satélites ocorrerão nos dias 4\, 5 e 8 de novembro. O evento será no Sirius\, localizado no campus do CNPEM\, em Campinas-SP.  \nA RAU é um importante fórum para discussões e troca de informações entre usuários e cientistas do LNLS\, juntamente com pesquisadores convidados internacionais. A RAU tem como objetivo reunir pesquisadores que utilizam a instrumentação científica do LNLS para realizar experimentos de ponta em diversas áreas\, como Ciência de Materiais\, Saúde e Farmacologia\, Ciência Ambiental\, Energia\, Biotecnologia\, Imagem de Raios X\, Óleo e Gás\, e Química. Nesse contexto\, a reunião proporciona um espaço crítico para a avaliação e apresentação de propostas visando aprimorar as instalações de pesquisa e a instrumentação atualmente disponível. Além disso\, a RAU também serve como uma plataforma para identificar as necessidades e expectativas técnico-científicas da comunidade científica brasileira e internacional em relação ao Sirius\, a fonte de luz síncrotron brasileira.  \nNa 34ª RAU\, os candidatos podem solicitar auxílio para transporte e hospedagem através do formulário de inscrição. Confira as regras para solicitar o auxílio no site do evento.  \nO período de inscrição vai até 23 de setembro\, e o de submissão de resumos até 29 de agosto.  \nAtenção: \nO período de submissão de resumos para os candidatos que desejam solicitar o auxílio vai até 5 de agosto. \n— \nThe Brazilian Synchrotron Light Laboratory (LNLS) of the Brazilian Center for Research in Energy and Materials (CNPEM) will hold the 34th LNLS Annual Users’ Meeting (RAU) from November 6 to 7. In addition\, four satellite workshops will take place on November 4\, 5\, and 8. The event will be held at Sirius\, located on the CNPEM campus in Campinas-SP.  \nThe RAU is an important forum for discussions and information exchange among LNLS users and scientists\, along with invited international researchers. The RAU aims to bring together researchers who use LNLS scientific instrumentation to conduct cutting-edge experiments in areas such as Materials Science\, Health and Pharmacology\, Environmental Science\, Energy\, Biotechnology\, X-Ray Imaging\, Oil and Gas\, and Chemistry. In this context\, the meeting provides a critical space for evaluating and presenting proposals to improve research facilities and currently available instrumentation. Additionally\, the RAU also serves as a platform for identifying the technical-scientific needs and expectations of the Brazilian and international scientific community regarding Sirius\, the Brazilian synchrotron light source.  \nAt the 34th RAU\, candidates can request assistance for transportation and accommodation through the registration form.
