This meeting represents a training and information exchange opportunity for current and future researchers in drug discovery and structural biology. The workshop intends to foster collaboration among the groups working in these areas in Latin America and Europe. The instructors will be from Brazil, Latin America, Europe and UK, covering the different disciplines and visions of structural biology and drug discovery.<\/p>\n
Discussions will cover the theoretical basis of each topic, followed by real life examples applied to Drug Discovery projects. Each topic will be addressed in 30-minute lectures, organised in 1.5h thematic sessions, which will be followed by Q&A sessions.<\/p>\n
The hands-on part includes instructions and Q&A followed by real life experiments in HTS, crystallography and cryo-EM at CNPEM.<\/p>\n
