The event will be hosted by the Brazilian Center for Research in Energy and Materials (CNPEM) in Campinas-SP, Brazil, from January 15th to 26th, 2018. The applications will be opened online on September 15th 2017 at the School website. 80 applicants will be selected for this edition. Guidelines for applications are available at the School website: <a href=\"https:\/\/pages.cnpem.staging.wpengine.com\/temsummerschool\">https:\/\/pages.cnpem.staging.wpengine.com\/temsummerschool<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>This School is directed to graduate students (masters and PhD&#8217;s) and researchers from Materials Science, Engineering, Chemistry, Physics and correlated areas. During two weeks, both theoretical and practical concepts will be taught in lectures delivered by renowned researchers in the electron microscopy field, from important research institutes and universities in Brazil and around the world.
