The scholarship will be implemented in accordance with <a href=\"http:\/\/memoria2.cnpq.br\/web\/guest\/view\/-\/journal_content\/56_INSTANCE_0oED\/10157\/22565210\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><strong data-start=\"965\" data-end=\"998\">CNPq Ordinance No. 2,262\/2025<\/strong><\/a>, which establishes general and specific rules for scholarships under the Technological Development and Innovative Extension Program.<\/p>\n<h3 style=\"text-align: justify;\">About INCT-DQ<\/h3>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\" data-start=\"1160\" data-end=\"1974\">The <strong data-start=\"1164\" data-end=\"1241\">National Institute of Science and Technology in Quantum Devices (INCT-DQ)<\/strong>, headquartered at the <strong data-start=\"1264\" data-end=\"1328\">Brazilian Center for Research in Energy and Materials (CNPEM)<\/strong>, brings together a collaborative network of researchers from different Brazilian institutions dedicated to advancing scientific and technological development in solid-state quantum devices, integrated photonics, quantum metrology and sensing, quantum optics, and open quantum systems. scientific and technological outreach texts (news articles, press releases, website material, reports, institutional content, and social media posts);<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"2895\" data-end=\"3425\">6 years<\/strong> of professional experience in Science Communication (as defined by <a data-start=\"4440\" data-end=\"4577\">The scholarship will be granted under the CNPq ADC 1A or ADC 1B modalities, with the final category defined by the Selection Committee.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li
