The event which had the support of FAPESP was attended by more than 100 researchers from all over the country, it was held at the campus of the National Center of Research in Energy and Materials (CNPEM) in Campinas-SP.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">The event had as speakers Ulrich auf dem Keller, Swiss Federal Institute of Technology of Zurique, Switzerland; Paulo C. Carvalho, Fiocruz, Curitiba; Fabio Passetti, INCA, Rio de Janeiro and Bernd Wollscheid of Institute of Molecular Systems (IMSB), Zurique, Switzerland. Adriana Paes Leme, a researcher of the LNBio and the mentor of the Workshop said that the third edition of this event was very productive since the participants could discuss directly with speakers the methods of analyses and new technologies in proteomics and mass spectrometry: \u201cThe participation of the proteomics community in this Workshop is growing in number and intensity as more editions are carried out\u201d. The response of the public reflects the importance of this event for the development of proteomics in the country.
