Through the User\u00b4s Office, the CNPEM offers lodging, a dining hall, and other facilities for users involved in regular activities at the campus. The rules for aid can be found here<\/strong><\/a>.<\/p>\n

The CNPEM Guesthouse is primarily intended for external users with scheduled research proposals at the National Laboratories on campus who do not reside in the city of Campinas.<\/p>\n

Guests and internal users (CNPEM staff members, interns, and collaborating researchers) may also stay at the guesthouse, subject to availability and provided there is a justified need related to research proposals or activities that extend into the night shift.<\/p>\n

The guesthouse is not intended for tourist, personal, or long-term accommodation.<\/p>\n

Reservations<\/h3>\n

Reservations for use of the CNPEM guesthouse follow the rules below:<\/p>\n

Guesthouse reservations are granted according to the following order of priority:<\/p>\n

  1. \n

    External users with scheduled research proposals;<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

  2. \n

    Occasional guests of the National Laboratories;<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

  3. \n

    Staff members, fellows, and interns with scheduled proposals.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    Room availability follows the priority order defined below:<\/p>\n

    1. \n

      Users receiving financial aid from CNPEM;<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

    2. \n

      Users with proposals scheduled for activities extending into the night period;<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

    3. \n

      Other requests.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

      Due to its limited capacity, the CNPEM guesthouse is not available<\/strong> for:<\/p>\n
