Adicionalmente, o desenvolvimento de t\u00e9cnicas de fabrica\u00e7\u00e3o econ\u00f4micas e em larga escala para produzir tais componentes com seguran\u00e7a e reprodutibilidade tamb\u00e9m s\u00e3o barreiras significativas. Consequentemente, a transposi\u00e7\u00e3o dessas tecnologias do laborat\u00f3rio para a ind\u00fastria, bem como a fabrica\u00e7\u00e3o de eletrodos de filmes finos de grande \u00e1rea para uma ampla gama de aplica\u00e7\u00f5es optoeletr\u00f4nicas permanecem um problema.<\/p>\n<p>[\/vc_column_text][vc_custom_heading text=&#8221;Tecnologia&#8221; google_fonts=&#8221;font_family:Yeseva%20One%3Aregular|font_style:400%20regular%3A400%3Anormal&#8221;][vc_column_text]<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Para resolver esses desafios, o CNPEM desenvolveu processos de produ\u00e7\u00e3o de composi\u00e7\u00f5es de \u00f3xidos a partir de solu\u00e7\u00f5es polim\u00e9ricas, para uso como filmes finos para deposi\u00e7\u00e3o sobre superf\u00edcies. A inven\u00e7\u00e3o permite solucionar tanto problemas de forma\u00e7\u00e3o de camadas homog\u00eaneas, quanto de manipular as propriedades f\u00edsico-qu\u00edmicas (da superf\u00edcie\/interfaces dos gr\u00e3os da composi\u00e7\u00e3o de \u00f3xido) e morfol\u00f3gicas (por meio da segrega\u00e7\u00e3o dos modificantes que foram adicionados) do filme, mantendo a alta ader\u00eancia ao substrato. A tecnologia pode ser aplicada em dispositivos condutores, eletrodos, dispositivos eletr\u00f4nicos, dispositivos optoeletr\u00f4nicos, dispositivos para foto(eletro)cat\u00e1lise, revestimento de substratos e tratamento de superf\u00edcies.<\/p>\n<p>[\/vc_column_text][vc_cta h2=&#8221;Diferenciais da tecnologia&#8221;
