As limita\u00e7\u00f5es dos sensores magn\u00e9ticos comerciais, que frequentemente n\u00e3o possuem a resolu\u00e7\u00e3o necess\u00e1ria para aplica\u00e7\u00f5es avan\u00e7adas, dificultam a an\u00e1lise precisa de nanoestruturas na academia e ind\u00fastria. Al\u00e9m disso, o curto tempo de vida de pontas magn\u00e9ticas convencionais \u00e9 um ponto cr\u00edtico, principalmente quando medidas em medidas comparativas. Por, fim, a demanda crescente por t\u00e9cnicas de microscopia de alta resolu\u00e7\u00e3o em nanotecnologia, semicondutores e ci\u00eancia dos materiais exige m\u00e9todos mais precisos para caracterizar e manipular materiais magn\u00e9ticos. Um desafio cr\u00edtico reside nas ponteiras para AFM (microscopia de for\u00e7a at\u00f4mica), que s\u00e3o caras e frequentemente requerem trocas durante as avalia\u00e7\u00f5es, elevando os custos operacionais e afetando a continuidade das an\u00e1lises. Dessa forma, a busca por m\u00e9todos de fabrica\u00e7\u00e3o eficientes, que consumam menos energia e recursos, \u00e9 uma prioridade.<\/p>\n<p>[\/vc_column_text][vc_custom_heading text=&#8221;Novo processo de fabrica\u00e7\u00e3o de ponteiras de sondas&#8221; google_fonts=&#8221;font_family:Yeseva%20One%3Aregular|font_style:400%20regular%3A400%3Anormal&#8221; css=&#8221;&#8221;][vc_column_text css=&#8221;&#8221;]<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Pesquisadores do CNPEM desenvolveram um novo processo de fabrica\u00e7\u00e3o de ponteiras de sondas, compreendendo skyrmions isolados, que s\u00e3o elementos cruciais para o sensoriamento magn\u00e9tico e a microscopia de alta resolu\u00e7\u00e3o<\/strong>. Este processo envolve o uso de t\u00e9cnica de feixe de \u00edons focados (FIB) para desbastar um material de base, formando colunas com diferentes di\u00e2metros.
