Neste sentido, a nanocelulose \u00e9 um excelente candidato por suas propriedades sustent\u00e1veis, de alta resist\u00eancia mec\u00e2nica, transpar\u00eancia \u00f3ptica, biodegradabilidade e baixa toxicidade. Um empecilho, no entanto, \u00e9 o processo de obten\u00e7\u00e3o da nanocelulose, que pode demandar um excesso de energia para a desintegra\u00e7\u00e3o mec\u00e2nica da celulose e pode exigir muitas etapas de processamento, aumentando os tempos e custos de processo.<\/p>\n<p>[\/vc_column_text][vc_custom_heading text=&#8221;Tecnologia&#8221; google_fonts=&#8221;font_family:Yeseva%20One%3Aregular|font_style:400%20regular%3A400%3Anormal&#8221;][vc_column_text]<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Nossa solu\u00e7\u00e3o foi o desenvolvimento de um processo de obten\u00e7\u00e3o de celulose nanofibrilada (CNF), a partir do baga\u00e7o de cana-de-a\u00e7\u00facar resultante do processo de moagem na ind\u00fastria sucroenerg\u00e9tica, sem a necessidade do tradicional tratamento mec\u00e2nico para desfibrila\u00e7\u00e3o. O processo \u00e9 flex\u00edvel em gerar diferentes tipos de morfologias de CNFs oxidadas e permite a obten\u00e7\u00e3o de nanocristais sem a adi\u00e7\u00e3o de \u00e1cidos, sendo aplic\u00e1vel tamb\u00e9m a outras biomassas vegetais similares ao baga\u00e7o. A nanocelulose resultante do processo pode ser aplicada em comp\u00f3sitos e embalagens, forma\u00e7\u00e3o de barreiras, espumas, emuls\u00f5es, modificadores reol\u00f3gicos e carreamento de
